This morning we looked at how Moses set up things to help the Nation of Israel work through its issues.
But verse 15 brings it down to a very basic level, he had people set up to deal with 10’s.
The truth of the matter is, all of us need to know how to deal with interpersonal issues.
We live in the context of relationships.
We need to know how to get along.
at work. at school.
at church.
and in our homes.
Jesus said in

Listen
To often we listen to take sides, or we listen waiting for a turn to answer, or listen to join the fight.
A great nugget mined from this passage is to HEAR.

The confidence here is not based on arrogance, ability, or even acumen (ability to make great decisions) This confidence is based on a “no dog in the fight” desire to do things God’s way.
