Moses sets an example to show all of us how to live in this doomed and dying world while looking for the soon return of Jesus Christ.
Moses knew who he was.

Moses’ parents had fearless faith that gave them courage to defy Pharaoh’s decree to kill the Hebrew males as they were born (Heb.
11:23).
Moses Knew Who He Was
Moses’ parents instilled in him a strong self-identity as a child of God, a Hebrew, who happened to be enslaved, and the son of a preacher.
Moses learned to live in the world without becoming of the world...
