Intro: The topic I want to present today is not a popular topic but a necessary one.
The topic were going to talk about is Hell and what waits for the unbeliever.
Why is this so important because it should motivate us to want to share the Gospel with those we come in contact with.
I believe we are in the most unique time in history.
I believe we are living in what the Bible calls the last days.
We can see the news and we can see how it is lining up with the pages of scripture.
The should encourage us why because it gives us proof that the word of God is the true word.
It should also make us want to reach out to others.
Opening story: Jamaican guy that works at my job/ was there when we built the church.
Now serving God and telling people About God.
36 Then He left the crowds and went into the house.
And His disciples came to Him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.”
37 And He said, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man,
38 and the field is the world; and as for the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil one;
39 and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age; and the reapers are angels.
40 “So just as the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age.
41 “The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness,
42 and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
43 “Then THE RIGHTEOUS WILL SHINE FORTH AS THE SUN in the kingdom of their Father.
He who has ears, let him hear.
The Parable of the Weeds Explained
36 Then he left the crowds and went into the house.
And his disciples came to him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field.”

The harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are angels.
40 Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the end of the age.
41 The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers, 42 and throw them into the fiery furnace.
In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
43 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father.
He who has ears, let him hear.
36 Then He left the crowds and went into the house.
And His disciples came to Him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.”
37 And He said, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man,

the sower of the good seed is the Son of Man
Have no Fear
We Need to be Bold
the sower of the good seed is the Son of Man
Second, the field is the world into which the good news is spread

42 and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth
Why is this so important to people who are Christian/ Christ followers?
Because we have family and friends and coworkers who are on the other team.
If we don’t do what we are called to do and share our faith with them they are headed for destruction.
How do we do that?
We live with out compromise
compromise- To compromise is to make concessions or accommodations for someone who does not agree with a prevalent set of standards or rule
The Bible makes it clear that God does not condone compromising His standards
1 Joyful are people of integrity,
who follow the instructions of the LORD.
2 Joyful are those who obey his laws
and search for him with all their hearts.
3 They do not compromise with evil,
and they walk only in his paths.
4 You have charged us
to keep your commandments carefully.
The word joyful or blessed describes people of righteousness, those who are totally subservient to God’s will and wholeheartedly devoted in their relationship to Him.
We do not compromise or deviate from His standards but “walk only in His path.
God is serious about our not compromising His Word with the values of the world—the reason being that those outside of Christ may then “come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil
We live without Fear
Faith and fear cannot exist together.
11 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 2 This is what the ancients were commended for.
We know where we are going and we need live our-lives without fear.
We need to share our faith without fear
Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell
We live out our Faith with Boldness
Boldness is the courage to act or speak fearlessly, despite real or imagined dangers.
Boldness was one of the first characteristics the Holy Spirit imparted when He came to indwell believers
28 The wicked flee though no one pursues,
but the righteous are as bold as a lion.
As followers of Christ, we should pray as Paul did that the Lord will grant us supernatural boldness to speak and live as He would have us do.
In this age of great deception and resistance to truth, we need boldness more than ever.
Boldness, coupled with love and humility (; ), is like a light in the darkness ().
When we are convinced that our message is life-giving and eternal, we can speak with boldness, knowing that God will use it to impact our world ().
