So they know what to expect.

So they know how to recognize a man who is called into the ministry.

So they know how to pray for the man God has placed in leadership.

Their Credentials

Above reproach - leagally

A one-woman man

Children are in the faith, not accused of debauchery or rebellion.

Stewards in God’s house.

We are all stewards of what God has given us. A pastor has the added responsibility of stewarding the house of God.

The qualities they are not to have.

The qualities they are to possess.

Teach the faithful word of God.

It is what transforms.
