God has called us out of the normal routine of this world and is wanting to move among us.
We cannot expect to full fill all he has for us unless we:
Seek the Face of God (seeing is a sign of acceptance)
Face of God = Manifested presence of God
Why?
Instructed to in many places in scripture –
When we connect with God we know He hears us not only mentally but in our hearts.
Our faith is built up.
We find His grace and His help – we find his favor
How?
Through Jesus
We seek his will
We seek to know him (know His will, who He is)

Outer vs Inner
Outer – emotions and feelings our own, the flesh
Inner – is the spiritiual
I believe for us to see God move in our own lives, our families, our church and our surroundings we must seek the face of God.
When he turns His face toward us He shows us grace
;
Favor
Peace
We hear from God, He guides us
We experience His Love
We are taught in His presence
What leaves in the presence of God
Fear
Anger
Worry
We see we do not have any of these when God hides His face from us
;
When we truly seek God’s face we are seeking His will.
We want to be one with Him.
Partnering with Him in what he is doing on this earth.
“Deep inside we know that He understands our need and will respond according to His Sovereign purpose when we are in His presence.
Prayer - Lord, prepare my heart that it might truly be an inner tabernacle for Your presence.
I present to You my secret place, where I can worship You, O God of Israel, in spirit and in truth.[1]
