Disappointed - not what they expected
Jesus the king had arrived - vs 8-11
Palm branches - sign of victory
not what they expected - evidenced by cries to crucify him - did not get it - not even the closest
His disciples did not understand these things at first. However, when Jesus was glorified, then they remembered that these things had been written about him and that they had done these things to him.

For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

need to know our creator
not just knowing about but welcomed
In him we have boldness and confident access through faith in him.
Come Alive
Invitation to come alive
To journey - maybe surprising, unexpected
Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in time of need.
Take the journey this week - step out
