We come together today to honor Jesus, because He is central to the whole plan of salvation for our earth and its people. Our perfect example, who never sinned once He knew the law, Jesus honored God by His whole life. Our high priest and the "captain of our salvation" (Heb. 2:10), He was "made perfect" through suffering. And He is able to help us, having been tempted in all points like we are (Heb. 4:14-15).
