Jesus uses signs to validate his words and actions.
- Water to wine, clears the temple
- Women at the well, tells her all she ever did, tells her of everlasting water
- Jesus heal’s the officials son and the invalid, he tells he is from the father.
People saw the signs and were drawn to the sign, not what the sign pointed to.
God tests us to refine our faith, not to push us towards evil.
This is a miracle.

From Deut 18.15 Moses predicted a Prophet would arise.
Moses fed the people.
Moses had led them out of bondage.
Jesus had fed the people.

Jesus did not come to be useful, but to be precious.
