Intro
Most of us are familiar with this book.
It is dangerous to study God’s Word without seeking to make application.
It can produce pride in our hearts to only listen for what we are doing right.

Power - their lifestyle changed.
The exercised their spiritual gifts.
Full Assurance - there was no doubt in their mind.
No fear of condemnation.
Became an example - their obedience and attitudes gave them a reputation in different cultures and languages.
They were a light shinning in the darkness.
Joy - they were accepting of the message and rejoiced in the reality of God’s forgiveness.
They were not prideful, and did not react with anger or hatred.
The gospels message is that something is wrong with you.
Wait for his son-
Faith- they believed what they could not see based on they evidence they could see.
Opposite - unbelief.
Ignoring what is obvious.
Work without faith - fruitless, the work will not have any results because, because we can do nothing for God without faith.
Love - agape, selflessly caring for another
