Matt 13:10-17

10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? (Multimedia?)

11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. 13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: 15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. 17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them. (KJV)

The Parables of the Kingdom of God!

Mark 4:14

14 The sower soweth the word. (KJV)

Words are containers:

·         I Love you                        Example          (The sound)

·         I Love you                        Example          8 letters, 3 words, referring to you and me, to do with love

·         I Love you                        Example          Designated to someone specific. A person (Ulrike)

·         I Love you                        Example          Passion, communication of Heart, real vs empty

·         I Love you                        Example          Corresponding pictures of what Love is, and is not.

Why did God create words?

·       He needed a communication method to transfer the content of his heart to yours.  Heb.4:12

Let’s take a look at Words and compare them to seeds.

The Plan is in the seed!

Mk 4:21-29

v:21 There is a purpose for seeds(words). A purpose to produce something.

V:22 What we are sowing will come to harvest at sometime.

V:23-25 If you are comprehending what you hear then you will receive more, if not you will lose what you have.

V:26-29 Words have to be sown.

v:27 The power is in the seed to spring forth. (Natural understanding is not needed for this to happen it happens all by itself.)

            v:28     * first the blade

                        * then the ear

* full corn in the ear

·         Do you plant seeds and worry that they will get confused? That they will forget?

·         The word of God is alive. I can speak the same word and you all will get something different according to the plan that God has for your life.

God calls this plan in the Bible “HOPE”

·         When we hear words they produce images in our minds, When we believe those images and receive the words, we plant the seed in our hearts. When we hold on to the images and continue to believe in the word that was spoken, through all seasons, we will see a harvest of what we saw.

·         We are highly developed in the negative.

The devil teaches Heb 11:1 this way.   “Fear is the substance of things worried about and the evidence of things not seen.”

·         The Problem?

Man fell out of relationship with and lost his ability to understand God’s words!

Rom 8:5-8

5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. (KJV)

·         The answer!

John 3:3-7

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. (KJV)

1 Cor 2:9-16

9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. (KJV)
