As christians we will suffer because suffering exposes where our strength lies and it reminds us of where it should be.
Sufferings give us the opportunity of showing the world of the strength of our God.
"I van do all things through Christ who strengthens me".
When Life is all good you often won't realize your own weaknesses and self reliance.
What did the Devil say to God concerning Job? "He only lobes you because of all that he has".
You can't offer to others what you don't have.
Let the world see the light that is in you.
People will be amazed at seeing you suffering with joy because joy in pain.
That is because we life in a suffering world and people are seeking relief from their pain and jou is the best relief you can give to someone.
Paul was a joyful and thankful man.
And he is thankful for the bad times and good time.
To him its the same because he realizes that he is not the one csrrying his burden.
"I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me".
Paul had no resentment about the bad times.

We need to think and remember about what good things.
But Paul was only able to do that because he was always praying.
