2. Many Christians don’t know the condition of their own hearts.

This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.

27 Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

29 For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

30 For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep.

31 For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged.

32 But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world.

33 Therefore, my brethren, when you come together to eat, wait for one another.

34 But if anyone is hungry, let him eat at home, lest you come together for judgment.

And the rest I will set in order when I come.

at the rock we serve an open table, if Jesus is your Lord and saviour, then you are our brother and sister.

Plan of salvation

we all were born into sin

the wages of sin is death

our Sin nature came from adam

Christ died for my sins, in my place!

​Romans 5:8 NKJV8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Confess with your mouth, believe in your heart

​Romans 10:9–10 NKJV9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

the bread represents the Body of Christ… Broken for us.

​1 Corinthians 11:24 NKJV24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

the grape juice represents the blood shed for me

​1 Corinthians 11:25 NKJV25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood.

This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

this bread dipped into this cup is also symbolic of how God The Father sees me, covered in the blood of Jesus.

​Psalm 103:12 NKJV12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.

Healing Service

​James 5:13–16 NKJV13 Is anyone among you suffering?

Let him pray.

Is anyone cheerful?

Let him sing psalms.

14 Is anyone among you sick?

Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.

15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up.

And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed.

The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
