การเลือกอัครสาวกสิบสองคน The Choosing Of The Twelve Apostles
There are a number of themes that we see over and over again in the Gospels…One of them is who we seek approval from…another one is, who do we think God can use.
The fact of the matter is, as humans, we naturally get this wrong!

Vss. 11-12 - What a miracle it would be to have angels, fallen or from Heaven, crying out that Christ was the Messiah!
Today, we have many pastors of large churches seeking to have greater influence beyond their churches and communities. Over and over again, this becomes a trap to those preachers!
Often we think, if only some important people would become Christians, then we would see many people come to Christ!

Maybe we forget who it is that Christ called to be His Apostles...to be with Him

We don’t know much about the past of most of the Apostles, but we do know this; They were not who WE would have chosen!

We don’t even listen to fishermen when talking about policies for fishing! Now you want us to listen to THEM about RELIGION?

But this is a problem for each of us...

NOBODY respected these guys! They were hated by the Jews and tolerated by the Romans as simple greedy men!

Just because God chooses some people for a specific purpose that WE think is more important, does not mean that that is true! In fact, we are to do nothing by ด้วยใจลำเอียง/partiality!
