This is the one point that is common to all people, people will die physically as long as the resurrection from the dead is delayed because the Lord has not yet come for his church.

again we are not sure as to the nature of the sickness, but this we do know, it was a sickness that would lead unto death.
So strongly was His fate and God told him to not waste time but instead he needed to get his house in order.
