See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
[RECAP]
“See” = God is not so mysterious… His plan is there in front of you!
“New thing” = It’s always better, always ahead of you, always new!
What do you see? Can you see it?
[WHAT’S AT STAKE?] - WHY DO WE DO WHAT WE DO?
Data shows 50% of millennials aren’t certain in their belief of God.
What got you to church?
What if you didn’t even believe in God? Would you have come?
WHY? - JESUS IS ALWAYS THE WHY!

Not only is this truth about how we begin a relationship with God,
It’s also truth about who Jesus is!
Apostle Paul prayed that you and I could know Him in this way...
For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people,
I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people,
Again, [WHAT’S AT STAKE?] - We can’t simply play church and build our own safe and comfortable place.
You won’t survive there.
And, certainly, others won’t either.
What do you see, church?
[PAYOFF] - How do we show this community our why?
We show the Jesus, Yes,
[BUT] - What/Who is Jesus?
I don’t believe in Hell...
I already believe in God (other religion)
WHAT DO WE SHOW THEM?

Revelation is knowing the Hope to which He has called us!

Revelation is knowing the Inheritance already in us!
What is this inheritance?
Salvation, grace, reconciliation, healing, joy, peace.... more!
Power
Power
and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength
he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms,
far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.
Revelation is knowing the power that works in us!

Because there is a hopeless world, dying in despair!
You have JESUS, you have hope!
Do others see that hope in your life?
Do YOU understand the hope you have recieved?
I am the WAY = Jesus is HOPE
Can others see the inheritance in you?
Can others see the inheritance in you?
Because there is a community in need!
You have JESUS, you have His inheritance!
Do others see this inheritance in you?
Do YOU understand the inheritance you have?
I am the TRUTH = Jesus is INHERITANCE (all good things)
Do you live with His power?
Do you live with His power?
Because there is a world held in chains of bondage and darkness!
You have JESUS, you have power!
Do others see the power in your life?
Do YOU understand the power placed in you?
I am the LIFE = Jesus is POWER
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
