*If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do? *
*                        Ps.11:1-3
1~/6~/08  a.m.*
*If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do? *
* *
As I go through my daily life I become more and more concerned with what I see happening around me in our lives as Christians, in our homes, in our churches, in our schools, in our society, in our judicial system, our government, and our leadership.
*In our lives as Christians I see; *
pride, selfishness, greed, lust, profanity, fornication, adultery, unforgiveness, indebtedness, hatred, a lack of concern

Could it be that we have allowed the foundations of our lives as Christians to be destroyed?
Could it be that we place very little importance on the things of God?

*In our homes I see;*
strife, contention, wrath, divorce, insecurity, abandonment, abuse,
                        a lack of compassion

Could it be that we have allowed the foundations of our homes to be destroyed?
Could it be that Christ isn’t the Head of our homes?
*In our churches I see; *
self righteousness, partiality, worldliness, abominations, lies, heresies, jealously

Could it be that we have allowed the foundations of our churches to be destroyed?
Could it be that the main goal of the church isn’t to glorify God?

*In our schools I see; *
violence, disrespect, sexual promiscuity, disorder, unruliness, ignorance

Could it be that we have allowed the foundations of our schools to be destroyed?
Could it be that we no longer ask God for instruction & or use His manual?
*In our society I see;*
idolatry, perversion, immorality, depravity, evil, endorsement of all that is godless, drugs, murder, theft, harassment, meanness, cruelty

Could it be that we have allowed the foundations of our society to be destroyed?
Could it be that we have removed God from the public square?
*In our judicial system I see;*
            rampant lawlessness

Could it be that we have allowed the foundations of our judicial system to be destroyed?
Could it be that we don’t use Gods’ judgments anymore?
*In our government I see; *
deception, corruption, waste, a lack of wisdom

Could it be that we have allowed the foundations of our government to be destroyed?
Could it be that we no longer acknowledge the governing principles of God?

*And our leadership I see;*
                                godlessness, spinelessness, cowardice, falsehood, weakness

Could it be that we have allowed the foundations of our leadership to be destroyed?
Could it be that we choose godless leaders?
*Could it be that we have allowed our foundations in these areas to be destroyed?
*
