Matthew 1:18-
I loved a show when I was young called the A-Team.
When each show concluded, Captain Hannibal Smith would say, “I love it when a plan comes together.”
I don’t believe that was the way that Joseph was feeling.
When a man is engaged to a women and they haven’t been together, he would believe that if she was pregnant that she obviously cheated.
It just wasn’t supposed to happen this way.
Now Joseph was going to leave her and he had every right to.
But since Joseph was a classy guy, he didn’t want to make a big deal about it.
But an angel talked to Joseph and told him that everything that Mary said is true.
We have all had something unexpected happen in our lives.
Give me an example.
When these unexpected events happen in our lives or a plan just doesn’t go as it is supposed to…we must remember that God is in full control.
Think right now about something in your life that you must trust God with and believe that He is in control.
