Principle 8:

Yield myself to God to be used to bring this Good News to others, both by my example and by my words.

14 Do all things without complaining and disputing, 15 that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 16 holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.

1. As Christians, we have access to the Holy Spirit, that is the source for our fruit. our actions then should fallow.

says that how we do things reflects on Jesus.
their are a lot of excuses in recovery to further spiritual growth.
the most common excuse I hear is; “if you think i’m bad now, you should have seen me....
we will never grow past our capacity, we control our capacity by which lids we allow.

2. how we live daily reflects whats going on inside.

I have to renew my mind. with the word.
renewing my mind means forgiving others the way we want to be forgiven.
for me many times, this means going back to god, and crucify the flesh.

Practical application.

make service Commitments.

don’t be a consumer in your recovery.

be available to sponsor others.

this means you have to read the literature work the steps have a sponsor.

be involved in a local church

accountability is huge.
don't only attend be involved, help your church move its ministry forward.

have a good attitude.

question for the week: how can I carry the message ? what have my obstetrical been?
