Once we understand that engaging in spiritual warfare requires us to be properly dressed, we can then move to inventorying our arsenal.
Elizabeth Alves, in her book entitled, Becoming A Prayer Warrior, identifies the arsenal that believers have at their disposal.

Faith:
Faith:
Faith provides us with an opportunity to demonstrate our complete confidence and belief in God.
Faith can only be expressed through actions.
Words of faith are worthless without actions to back them up.
Prayer:
Prayer provides us with a private/exclusive way to communicate and hear from God.
Prayer centers us and enables us to concentrate solely on God.
Prayer is an essential weapon in spiritual warfare.
Intercessory prayer - prayer offered on behalf of others.
Jesus also interceded on behalf of those who wanted to crucify him when he prayed to his father and asked God to forgive them.
()
Intercessory prayer has been the unknown source of our strength and protection.
Consider this: the blessings we presently enjoy may be the results of the prayers of others.
If intercessory prayer has helped us, then we are obligated (by virtue of our relationships with God and each other) to pray for one another!
Obedience: ;
Obedience is closely related to faith.
That is, our obedience to God is an excellent demonstration of our faith in Him.
Obedience is not predicated upon our assessment of a situation.
Rather, it is predicated upon our total trust and confidence in God and God's directives.
The Name of Jesus: ;
The Name of Jesus carries inherent power and we should not overlook using it in our spiritual battles.
WARNING: extreme caution should be used in invoking Jesus' Name.
This weapon should not be used casually, haphazardly, or flippantly.
In fact, to use it in those ways constitutes sin.

Final comments: The weapons that God has given us for spiritual warfare were carefully, strategically, and thoughtfully designed to ensure our victory in this war.
God thought enough of us not to let us go into battle empty-handed.
If God went to the trouble of providing us with these weapons, the least we can do is use them.
