Three fears that keep us from Living as if our prayers have been answered.

We fear God doesn’t hear us

We fear our requests are impossible

We fear God wouldn’t keep His promise

Answered prayer always come in God’s timing and fit into His plan.

Answered Prayers results in joy and gladness to be shared with others

We find joy in routine service to the Lord.
We are glad to be be a blessing to others, by sharing answered prayers with them.
We rejoice when God takes away our disgrace.
Luke 3. Moving beyond Knowledge to Faith

Zechariah’s silence, which I interpret as a punishment and not simply the aftereffects of a vision, makes a theological point: “God looks to the human being to accept his plan, but does not depend on the human being for its implementation.”

God will implement His plan. When we live as if He has already answered our prayers, we can tell others we are apart of His plan.
Answered prayer is the fulfillment of God’s prophetic promises
