One of Jesus’ big entrances was the call “Repent, the Kingdom of heaven is at hand!” ()
This is declaring good news that Evil is going to be fought with Good.
So, you need to stop what your doing, turn away from it, and come into this kingdom.
Sometimes people think that means God hasn’t won, Jesus isn’t coming back, or that we can just live however we want to since he isn’t here.
He is still very much in charge.

- who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels, authorities, and powers having been subjected to him.

When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
It is coming. It is sure. It is solid.
Everything has already been decided, but not yet come to a conclusion.

We are going to live opposite of what everyone thinks life should be lived

When we combine these three thoughts we see the Kingdom of God as it is right now.

We are told how to deal with money, friends, family, enemies, relationships, and time.
It is a joy
We get to grow closer to God, serve him, sacrifice for him, see him work.

The Bible tells us that Jesus will return and there will only be peace, righteousness, and justice
Everything will be made new and work perfectly.
The Holy Spirit will be shared between everyone

I gave you three truths and then we saw what they created when they were put together.
Here are how the citizens of this world look at these truths
Truth 1: Jesus has already won the war
No, he was just a nice guy but there is no war
Truth 2: He has not yet come back
He is never coming back.
Truth 3: Live differently while waiting
Instead of waiting, try your very best to get as much stuff, make as much money, get famous, impress people and just be happy.

They were casualties of this world. Death.
That is the same Kingdom that you love when you are prideful and selfish and ignore God.
Do you long for God’s Kingdom?

Are you chasing this world’s Kingdom?
Be honest. Do you love the world?
Because this world ends in death.
