We are evil sinners who are destroying our earth and lives.
Good news
The Holy Spirit is here to help.
One night a lady came home from her weekly prayer meeting, found she was being robbed, and she shouted out, ": 'Repent & be baptized & your sins will be forgiven.'" The robber quickly gave up & the lady rang the police. While handcuffing the criminal, a policeman said, "Gee mate, you gave up pretty easily. How come you gave up so quickly?" The robber said, "She said she had an axe and two 38's!"

Struggles are the refining process all believers must go through.

Think of all the damage done to the earth

Hope saves us as it is hope that keeps us longing for God.

He acts upon us

The Spirit intercedes for us.
He goes to God on our behalf, to deliver His and our prayers
God knows the Spirit

He prays for us according to the will of God
God will meet our needs and answer our prayers.
