In The Lord's Prayer, Jesus taught us to pray, "Your Kingdom come, Your will be done..." This honoring statement underscores our longing for God's coming, future kingdom. Our new series is introduced with this service, in which we look at Jesus’ description of Earth's destiny in the next phrase in His prayer, "On Earth as it is in Heaven." This very Earth is to become part of God’s everlasting plan when Jesus returns and is given complete control in this local "chapter" of God's kingdom.
