PRAY
God our Father in heaven we praise you for your greatness and glory which finds its fulness in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
It is this gospel that we cling to as our hope for forgiveness.
We come before you this day in full agreement and recognition in our guilt and need for a savior.
We fall short even in our practice of this faith we claim, LORD we believe but help our unbelief!
We ask that you would speak to us today Father.
Grant us your Spirit that we might be willing to not only hear but apply your Word to our lives today.
May we leave today changed by your Holy presence, encouraged by your righteous promises.
As we open your Bible to Romas 4 impress upon us the faith of Abraham, bring us into this faith if we are outside of it.
Deepen and strengthen our steadfastness to it if we are in it, God circumcise our hearts we pray!
Thank you LORD Jesus for we know that you will answer this prayer, for we ask that your glory be made manifest in us for your namesake.
In the righteous name of Jesus we pray.
