1.Must Die to Your Own Self through Humility
But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth. Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,

2.Keep Acquiring More Knowledge of the Truth.
My son, if you receive my words, And treasure my commands within you,
So that you incline your ear to wisdom,
And apply your heart to understanding;
Yes, if you cry out for discernment,
And lift up your voice for understanding,
If you seek her as silver,
And search for her as for hidden treasures;
Then you will understand the fear of the Lord,
And find the knowledge of God.
For the Lord gives wisdom;
From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;
3. Listen to the Promptings of the Holy Spirit.
I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
Ask God These Questions:
Do I want to let the devil build a wall between mean that other person over something that won’t even matter one or two years from now?
Do I really think that person intended to hurt me?
Wouldn’t it be better to forgive that person and preserve our relationship that has taken so long to build?
Is what happened really so serious, or am I blowing the whole incident out of proportion
Have I ever been guilty of doing the same thing to someone else?
How Will This affect my testimony as a Believer
How will affect Others.
4.Slow Down, Calm Down and Give Yourself Time to Think and Pray Before Accusing and Approaching the Person.
Do not go hastily to court;
For what will you do in the end,
When your neighbor has put you to shame?
Debate your case with your neighbor,
And do not disclose the secret to another;
Lest he who hears it expose your shame,
And your reputation be ruined.
A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold
In settings of silver.
5.Remember God’s Purposes as a Believer
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;
6. Pray for the Person through Forgiveness and that they would be Released from Bondage.
bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you. To him who strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also. And from him who takes away your cloak, do not withhold your tunic either. Give to everyone who asks of you. And from him who takes away your goods do not ask them back. And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise.
“But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive back, what credit is that to you? For even sinners lend to sinners to receive as much back. Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.
“ Lord, I never want the devil to take me captive to do his will in my church or place of employment. The devil is an accuser, so if I am tempted to accuse and slander, it means that the devil is trying to work through me. Give the ability recognize this strategy of the enemy as soon as it starts, and put on the brakes before I get so embroiled in a conflict that I can’t see or think correctly. Holy Spirit, You are the Spirit of Truth, so please enable me to both seen and to hear the truth about myself, because I want to stay free! I pray this in Jesus name. Amen”
