11 And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Wise men have traveled from a great distance in search of He who was born “King of the Jews”
They find the location. When they enter the house they see the baby with his mother and they fell down and worshipped him.
They presented Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Giving is an act of worship
They gave their best gifts
The gave not expecting anything in return, but rather gave to Him because of who He was.

Conclusion

Just like the wise men, we have traveled to to be here tonight in the presence of God to worship Him.
So let us bring a gift and present it to Him
We desire to be
Bring your best gift
Your best gift is the gift that you purpose in your heart
Remember that you are not giving to man but to your King!
