A- adoration

T - thanksgiving
S - supplication
Also, there is the acronym pray
P - praise

A - ask
Y - yield
Both of the these help us get an intentional structure to this needed discipline of prayer.
SYSTEMS are helpful.
Structure and defined times helps us accomplish what matters most
So we know we are to express (pour out) our hearts to the Lord in praise, petition, confession, and thanksgiving.
