2. Scripture states that He will meet our needs.

(ours means yours mine and ours)

Philippians 4:19–20 NKJV
19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. 20 Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Psalm 50:7–11 NKJV
7 “Hear, O My people, and I will speak, O Israel, and I will testify against you; I am God, your God! 8 I will not rebuke you for your sacrifices Or your burnt offerings, Which are continually before Me. 9 I will not take a bull from your house, Nor goats out of your folds. 10 For every beast of the forest is Mine, And the cattle on a thousand hills. 11 I know all the birds of the mountains, And the wild beasts of the field are Mine.

The Cold Hard truth:

we do struggle financially more than we should.
we do need a permanent location.
this will be one of the biggest projects I (we) have undertaken.
even if more people gave we don’t have the money to do this.
God doesn't care about any of the things listed above.
we have been leasing this building for almost 12 years. ( two hundred sixty-six thousand four hundred dollars and zero cents)
that is money that we will never get back. that is a Good deal because we were quoted six thousand dollars a month.
a business mortgage is only 15 years.
the money that we spent in rent in the last 11 years will only pay for one of the things that we need make the building across the the parking lot across the church.
he will do what he wants to do.

how this came to be:

Knowing that renting would not be permanent, we started looking.
that is money that we will never get back. that is a Good deal because we were quoted six thousand dollars a month.
I talked to an architect, when he found out that we didn’t have any money or a big backer. he started returning my calls.
I called our Realtor, the same one that negotiated a 4,150 reduction in the cost of the rent making it affordable for us to be here.
a business mortgage is only 15 years.
he connected us with architect who took all the pictures that are in the packet and has yet to charge us, (i’m sure he will but hasn't yet).
the money that we spent in rent in the last 11 years will only pay for one of the things that we need make the building across the the parking lot across the church.
The reason we are asking the owner to give us the building instead of giving him an offer of cash, is because the architect told us too.
both architects asked about the building after captain asked about it.

I’m not saying, I’m just saying.

I’m not saying that because three people asking about the same building is for sure is God, I am saying that it’s worth a hard Look.

Further evidence that God is looking out for us.

a friend of this ministry who has been raising money for the last 11 years and has built a huge fundraising data base has agreed to help us raise money.

Just because we see God working in all this, doesn't mean we don’t do what we need to do.
