John 14:1–3 NASB95
“Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. “In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. “If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

COMFORTING WORDS
“Do not let your heart be troubled; "
"Therefore comfort one another with these words."
THE NECESSITY OF PERSONAL FAITH
"Therefore comfort one another with these words."
"believe in God, believe also in Me. "
"For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus."
WE CAN TAKE CHRIST AT HIS WORD
"if it were not so, I would have told you"
"For this we say to you by the word of the Lord."
THE PROMISE OF HIS COMING
"I will come again."
"The Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven."
THE REMARKABLE REMOVAL FROM EARTH
"and receive you to Myself."
"that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air...”

FOREVER PRESENT WITH THE LORD
"That where I am, there you may be also."
"and so we shall always be with the Lord."
APPLICATION: The doctrine of a Pre-Tribulation Rapture is a great motivator for purifying one’s personal Christian life.
