Who doesn’t love a good victory?
Our passage today shows victory over disease and victory over death all by the touches of the Savior.

We have seen victory over sickness (Mk1:29-31, 34, 40-45, 2:1-12, etc.)

A moment to look at a simple contrast (Mk5:21)
Jesus had crossed over to the other side from the area of the Gadarenes to Capernaum.
One crowd wanted Him to leave; the other waited for Him to get there and surrounded Him.
One had seen the miracles and demanded He leave; one wanted a miracle and wanted Him to stay.
The touches of the Savior to the needy do not care about someone who is important or someone who is a nobody.
You will notice that both Jairus and the poor woman both found the answers to their needs at the feet of Jesus (Mk5:22, 33)
(explain about a Markum sandwich for that is what this is, a story with another in the middle)
I. Touch of a woman
In the middle of the crowd, in the middle of a time Jesus is going to help someone we get this story of a woman who was at wits end and was willing to do anything.
This is a story of both physical and spiritual healing.
