Intro
In search to answer the question “what’s the difference between arrogance and confidence”, this is what I found:
An arrogant person only feels smart if someone else feels stupid.
Their sense of themselves depends on thinking less of someone else.
They insist on correcting other people’s grammar or showing them their flaws, as it’s the only way they can feel an approximation of confidence.
Arrogance is about intent: its when ability (or perceived ability) is used to look down on others.
A confident person feels competent from the inside out.
They use their talents to genuinely try to be of use, or to succeed at the task at hand.
They might seek external validation, but they don’t depend on it to define their sense of their ability or nature.
In some cases an arrogant person may have more skill than a confident person, but the confident person will tend to wield whatever abilities they have with more calm control than an arrogant person can.
My issue: I don’t see any God in either of these.
My mom always told me that for my entire life, I’ve felt like I could do anything.
Don’t need a volunteer and expect my hand not to go up.
Church Easter play, couldn’t read but wanna be Jesus.
I’ve also been guilty of being arrogant.
I hate to admit.
It was what I had access to.
Whose phone number I had.
Out of touch with reality.
While you’re looking at me you too! Becuase of what you drive.
Where you vacation.
That you went to the OTR2.
Name brand of the purse you carry.
News flash: Everybody ain’t on your level!
When you have an internal confidence there’s something that’s appealing and attractive.
2 things are drawn to light, other light and bugs!
To be “Godfydent” is to be:
humble and not a brown nose-er
know what you’re talking about but able to keep your mouth shut.
have the answer but pass it along for someone else to state it
it’s a beautiful dance between who you are and what you know BECAUSE of Who you know.
Here’s where I am now.
If you can’t take the view I have of myself...the way He views me, you need to work on your view!
Because lights never compete for shine!

so easy to literally see this.
Ever seen a movie and the police break in?
Everyone scatters.
The innocent one stands there because he knows “They ain’t got nothing on me!”
Ex criminal “cops stopped me ‘do you have any weapons?’
That I really didn’t!”
Question: Why do righteous act like the wicked?!
If you’re innocent and no warrants, why are you running?
There’s a difference in being righteous and being and being righteous and bold
Answer: You are missing an understanding about where your confidence comes from.

Going to Africa and being up close and personal with lions really gave me not only a new perspective but a greater respect for them and increased my interest in them.
I want to work on your roar!!!
Shout to Marshawn Evans Daniels for copywriting the word “Godfidence” which is why I use Godfydence.
A lion is a lion not because of what he can do, but becuase of what he does.

You should just be bold.

As a leader, there are certain qualities and characteristics of lions that you might find useful to consider - for yourself and your "pride."
Let's explore these.
1.
Protective
You don't have to watch very many Discovery Channel shows about lions to see how protective they are - of territory, themselves, their young, and so forth.
As far as being more lion-like, what do you need to be protective of?
Protective of yourself?
Your money?
