God Creates
Five Fundamental Manifestations
Let’s key in to verse 1.
I believe this is one of the most important verses in the Bible.
It answers the age old question, where did we come from.
Interestingly enough in this verse you will find biologist and philosopher Hubert Spencer‘s five scientific principles by which man may study the unknown.
Or simply put the 5 measurables of science
For over a century, scientists have recognized that all natural phenomena in the Universe can ultimately be divided into interactions between five basic, fundamental “manifestations.”
(Time, Force, Energy, Space, & Matter)
Time - “In the beginning”
Force - “God”
Energy - “created”
Space - “the heavens”
Matter - “and the earth”
This is brilliant because it does two things
This is brilliant because it does two things
It introduces man to God for those that will believe His word in faith
It speaks to the scientific mind by laying out the five fundamental manifestations of science.
Most people will fall into one of those two categories.
God Speaks Creation Into Existence
What you will begin to see as you study the Bible is that it’s ll about Jesus.
Notice how God speaks creation into existence
Genesis 1:9
24
How cool is that, God speaks and it happens.
But more importantly, lets look at who the Bible says is the creating agent in creation.
Hint: It’s Jesus
Cooler still, the Bible refers to Jesus as the Word of God
This passage is a direct comparison to .
confirms this
So we can see that the Word of God, Jesus is the creating agent found in .
This is amazing!
The God of creation willingly lay down His life for humanity.
Pinnacle of Creation
Genesis 1:26-
Man is the pinnacle of God’s creation
As such He gives man the initial assignment of reproducing and ruling over every living thing upon the earth
They are not limited by anything at this point.
God loves man!
How awesome is that
The God of creation loves you!
Again, He loves you so much that He sent His son to die on the cross to save your soul.
How cool is it that the first verse in the Bible deals with five measurables of science?
(Time, Force, Energy, Space, & Matter)
Have you ever considered that the God that made all desires to know you personally?
