Which are you?
Story of my sister/ Hypocrite:
Some of us do not pay attention to Hypocrites and for others it will end everything because of it.
Story from the commentary
There is a story of a father whose young boy loved him very much.
The father became involved in some rather inappropriate behavior at a local gathering spot.
One wintry day, he began to make his way to this haven of iniquity to enjoy its favors.
As he trudged through the snow, he heard a small voice from behind, pleading with him to wait.
Turning, he saw his boy coming through the snow leaping from one footprint to another.
The boy cried out, “How can I follow you if you take such big steps!”
Realizing the wrong of his life, the father went back to his son, picked him up and carried him home, never to walk to that place again
Ephesians 5:1-2
Watching
People are watching- Chuck’s Story of my drink
People at all of my jobs
Hypocrite or Imitator/ people will see us as one or the others
Paul on many occasions tells us to be imitators:
1 Thessalonians 1:1-7
Heart
What is in our heart is what will come out
Indian Tail The dog that is fed the most will win
A grandfather is talking with his grandson and he says there are two wolves inside of us which are always at battle.
One is a good wolf which represents things like kindness, bravery, and love.
The other is a bad wolf, which represents things like greed, hatred, and fear.
The grandson stops and thinks about it for a second then he looks up at his grandfather and says, “Grandfather, which one wins?”
The grandfather quietly replies, “The one you feed.”
We will have many watching us and we need to be feeding ourselves on Gods word
Love
The question is our love source
Us
God
When we have God’s love do we speak loud enough!
Others want to hear but are we not bold enough to be what God has called us to be.
Took
We have people watching us, they may be little or they may be adults.
Do we live a life that is different then what we say on Sunday?
Will we make mistakes Yes , but we need to be quick to correct that mistake.
There needs to be a difference between the Imitator and the Hypocrite.
It is so important to “BE” what we “SAY” we are.
You may be the only Jesus some will see!!
