What is meant by the phrase ὀργὴ θεοῦ ‘wrath of God’?

Verses 24-32 are made up of three paragraphs: 1) 24-25 begins with the logical inference dio, and moves to a summary of what was just stated in 18-23; 2) 26-29 describes in detail the consequences of their rejecting God; 3) 29-32 provides the ontological state of sinners.
Summary of God’s Revealed Wrath (24-25)
