Explain the reference for the title.
Harpo in the movie The Color Purple has a little girlfriend, while he still has a wife.
Later on in the movie Harpo is seen dancing with his wife and the girlfriend sees.
She asks the question “Who Diss Woman?”
She doesn’t know who Harpo’s wife is but he sure does.
In todays text there will be questions answered by Jesus by those who weren’t actually seeking knowledge.

Sadducees- Did not believe in the resurrection so they sought to catch Jesus up on His teachings to make Him look foolish.
The Law- The Law being questioned here states that
They did not believe in the resurrection in the first place so why ask the question?
But they want to know since she had seven husbands which one does she belong to.
Who was her husband since she had been married to all of them?
Jesus’s Answer

“You are mistaken”- They believed that dead folks needed spouses.
They were no longer of this world.
