Days Of Prosperity Part 4

Kidz World Today - Children’s Church and Teen Growth Group
Luke 12:32 NLT
32 “So don’t be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom.
Confession of Faith
I am not moved by what I see or by what I feel. I am moved by what I believe. I believe the WORD of God! The victory is mine! I have it now! I can see it through the eyes of my faith!
Last Week
Jehovah Jireh
We looked at Genesis 22:1-14 where we see God providing for Abraham
Days of Prosperity will require God to be our Jehovah Jireh
Days of Prosperity means God’s Blessings overtake me!
Deuteronomy 28:1–2 NKJV
1 “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. 2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:
Days of Prosperity don’t just happen
You and I must do something in order to receive God's blessings.
The blessings of God are conditional. Promise after promise is given to you and I , but We need to believe God to receive the promises.
You and I must stay focused upon God and His promises to have Day’s of Prosperity!
Obedience to God is an absolute essential to receive the blessings of God.
Deuteronomy 28:2 The Message
2 All these blessings will come down on you and spread out beyond you because you have responded to the Voice of God, your God:
Deuteronomy 28:2 AMP
2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you if you heed the voice of the Lord your God.
If you and I obey God, we would be continually blessed, no matter where we are
Deuteronomy 28:3 NIV
3 You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.
Deuteronomy 28:3 CJB
3 “A blessing on you in the city, and a blessing on you in the countryside.
Deuteronomy 28:3 CEB
3 You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the field.
Days Of Prosperity
Deuteronomy 28:4 NCV
4 Your children will be blessed, as well as your crops; your herds will be blessed with calves and your flocks with lambs.
Deuteronomy 28:5 NCV
5 Your basket and your kitchen will be blessed.
The blessing of fruitfulness, of plenty, is ours. But there is a condition: obedience. If we obey God, truly keep His commandments and follow Him, then God promises always to provide the necessities of life for us. We will always have the blessing of plenty.
Philippians 4:19 NKJV
19 And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Deuteronomy 28:6 NLT
6 Wherever you go and whatever you do, you will be blessed.
There is a strong lesson in this point for us. If we walk day after day, obeying God wholeheartedly, then God will bless us richly in Himself. He will bless all our daily activities. He promises to grant us His presence and guidance as we walk throughout the day.
Matthew 28:20 NLT
20 Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
John 16:13 NCV
13 But when the Spirit of truth comes, he will lead you into all truth. He will not speak his own words, but he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is to come.
Days Of Prosperity
Deuteronomy 28:7 NKJV
7 “The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.
Deuteronomy 28:7 NCV
7 The Lord will help you defeat the enemies that come to fight you. They will attack you from one direction, but they will run from you in seven directions.
The enemies who confronted the Israelites were a symbol of the spiritual enemies that confront us today as followers of Jesus Christ!
Enemy after enemy confronts us
The haters • the enemies who want us to live immorally - the enemies that bring temptations into our lives • the ones that try to get us to steal • the enemy that causes us to lose our jobs - that enemy that is causing us to lose our loved ones • that enemy that brings disease • that enemy that brings financial difficulties • that enemy that brings doubt and unbelief • that lying enemy
The enemies that attempt to overthrow and conquer us are innumerable.
But the promise of God is strong: if we will obey God, keep His holy commandments, God will give us victory over the enemies that oppose him.
Daily Prosperity
Luke 12:32 CEV
32 My little group of disciples, don’t be afraid! Your Father wants to give you the kingdom.
Deuteronomy 28:8 NKJV
8 “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
The blessing of labor, work, and employment is promised to the obedient person.
He will bless everything the believer puts his hand to
Purpose
Meaningful work stirs a sense of purpose within a person. Work produces a sense of achievement and success, a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
If God blesses our work and labor, then we will have the deepest sense of purpose, significance, and meaning in life.
We will achieve and be successful. This is the promise of God given to every believer of all generations. If God's people will simply obey Him,
God will bless all that we put our hands to.
Colossians 3:17 NKJV
17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
Deuteronomy 28:9 NLT
9 “If you obey the commands of the Lord your God and walk in his ways, the Lord will establish you as his holy people as he swore he would do.
The blessing of spiritual growth is promised to the obedient person. Obedience exalts the name of the Lord.
If we obey God, our neighbors would see that we lived a Godly life, a life that was totally set apart to God.
That would be a testimony! That would be a strong witness for God.
