God’s wisdom or his purpose and plans are revealed to the rulers and authorities in the heavenlies through the church. These powers and other lower created beings refers to both the Angelic hiarchy of God and the fallen angels. who are the invisible spiritual powers that are behind the realities we all face on the Earth. And as powerful as they are, they are waiting on us to understand God is really up to.
