This passage of scripture that we are looking at today tells us about some options that had an impact on the world. The first option was that two space in Egypt opted to defy the edict of the King who was killing all male Hebrew babies instead they opted to hide their son. That sons turn out to be Moses, who would later deliver his people from the hand of Pharaoh. The second option was for Moses himself, and it was a difficult option. Moses cold either continue to live his life of luxury or he could give up everything and side with the enslaved people of Egypt. Both of these options were determined by the faith of the people making them. I believe there is a great deal for us to learn from this.
