| *We are here to celebrate the life and say our goodbyes (for now) to *Henry Randolph (Randy) Currin, age 77,  Rogersville, TN died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2002,    following an extended illness.

He was born in Durham, NC, Feb. 9, 1925.

He served in the U. S. Marine Corps     in World War II, and then attended the University of NC at Chapel Hill.

He was the owner and operator of the Growers and Planters Tobacco Warehouses in Rogersville from 1977 to 1998.

Previously he owned and operated warehouses in North and South Carolina.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Rogersville, and prior to that, Yates Baptist Church, Durham.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lelia Anne Currin; and a brother, John Clay Currin Jr.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lillian Willingham Currin, Rogersville; two children, Carol Currin Stanley and Henry Randolph Currin Jr.; three grandchildren, Julie and Scott Stanley and David Currin, all of North Carolina.
