Next 4 weeks - 4 Factors for Sucesss: Attitude (It’s The Difference Maker) / Growth / Relationships/ Character
What’s the greatest indicator of your success? Your potential for personal growth.
If your best days are ahead of you then you must be able grow.
This is my greatest passion for me and you.
Testimony: My success has been tied to personal growth. I’ve been intentional about growth. My business skills grew out of my appetite to not be left out of the conversation. I’ve always been more concerned about asking the right questions and not having the right answer.
Growth is the great separator between those who succeed and those who do not. When I see a person beginning to separate themselves from the pack, it's almost always due to personal growth. — John C. Maxwell

Three Laws of Growth:

The work for everyone - they are laws.

1. The Law of the Mirror — You must see value in yourself to add value to yourself.

Psalm 139:13–14 NIV
13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
I’ll only add value to myself if I see myself valuable.
I’ll only add value to myself if I see myself valuable.
My self image determines my investment.
If I see myself as average, I’ll only invest average.
The energy I expend is tied to the number I see myself.

2. The Law of Consistency — Motivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing.

Matthew 25:23 NIV
23 “His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’
Matthew 24:
Of all the laws, this has helped me the most. I wish I bragged more but it really works.

No one is good the first time. The value of #1 is to get it over with.
Excellence is the result of talent combined with consistency. That opens our pathway.
No such thing as an overnight success. Must do the right thing continually to get the compounding results.

3. The Law of Environment.— Growth thrives in conducive surroundings.

1 Thessalonians 5:11 NIV
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
