New Heaven
This is the closing of a time period of this earth as we know it.
The beginning of a new eternal time period.
Also during this time we will be introduced to the New Jerusalem.
These places the believers will call home for all eternity.

I. The New Earth.

Revelation
Revelation 21:1 KJV 1900
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 Peter 3:10–13 KJV 1900
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Revelation 21:1 KJV 1900
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 Peter
2 Peter 3:10–13 KJV 1900

I. The New Earth
We are told in the Bible that there will be a New Earth and the former Earth will pass away.
There may be some questions about this earth as we know it, being totally done away with.
Many theologians believe that this earth will be fire-washed old earth.
No sea.
This new earth has no sea.
This will allow the earth to have more surface.
This new earth will be a paradise.
A perfect place with a perfect climate.
No Hell.
At the present time, Hell is in the center of the earth.
At the Great White Throne Judgement, the occupants of Hell are delivered to the judgement.
They are cast into the Lake of Fire, which is the eternal Hell.
This is not located in the center of the earth.
It is located in some remote dark place in this universe.
Matthew 25:30 KJV 1900
30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
c. No traces of sin.
Isaiah 65:17 KJV 1900
17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: And the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
Isaiah
II. The New Heaven.
The First Heaven
This is the Heaven where the birds fly
The clouds
Our atmosphere
Daniel 4:12 KJV 1900
12 The leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all flesh was fed of it.
Jeremiah 4:25 KJV 1900
25 I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, And all the birds of the heavens were fled.
2. The Second Heaven
This is where the sun, moon, and the stars are.
Genesis 22:17 KJV 1900
17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
Gen
Ps
Psalm 19:1 KJV 1900
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament sheweth his handywork.
3. The Third Heaven
This is where God is.
2 Corinthians 12:2 KJV 1900
2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
b. Within this third heaven exists a glorious city called New Jerusalem.
This New Jerusalem is the center of God’s presence
It will be the home of the believers through eternity.
