What lessons can we learn from this?
I see in Paul’s example a picture of staying calm during the storms of life.
1. Trust in God’s Plan
Paul knew God said he would get to Rome
God had promised it and that settled it for Paul
This made him confident even in the face of overwhelming difficulty
He didn’t let circumstances distract Him from God’s promises.
We must do the same.
God’s ways are far beyond our ways
He knows the end from the beginning and is at work in the world.
He is carrying out His purposes and we can trust that it will come about to His glory.

We must keep our eyes on Him and keep trusting.
2. Receive God’s Message
