Introduction
I really feel inadequate to preach on this topic because I really feel I can never do justice to a topic such as this if I were to preach it properly.
The glory of God is the goal of creation.

God made moral creatures to love and obey and serve Him.
He placed Adam and Eve in the Garden to be visible displays of his glory.

The glory of God is the goal of why the church exist.
To give Him glory through the manifold wisdom of God displayed in the church.
The glory of God is the goal of the judgment of unbelievers.
God’s glory is put on display by judging sinners and saving sinners by his mercy (Romans 9).
