Servants shift their expectations.
Ill - Jesus showed up to serve.
Wake up every day not expecting to be served but to serve.
Two Attitude That Kill Serving:
I am exempt from responsibility.
= Entitlement
Servant don’t run away from responsibility they run to it.
I deserve special treatment.
= your job is to make me happy.
I deserve happiness.
You owe me.
Ill - these two attitudes blow stuff up.
Match/Gas
Servants think more about other than themselves.
HUMILITY - not thinking less of yourself BUT thinking less about yourself.

When we stop focusing on our own needs, we become aware of the needs around us.
