A 2007 survey of 17-21 year olds showed that 9 out of 10 Christians were judgmental of others.
Wayward Christians also will accuse you of being judgemental

“Judge Not” is like the race card for wayward Christians.
To a Degree they have a point.
Sometimes we can sound like an ex smoker around other smokers.
We can get a little holier than thou.

We have been beat down with this “Judge Not” message that we are all waling around with specks in our eyes because we are afraid to be labeled as the Jesus Police if we say anything to our brothers and sisters.

So what did Jesus mean when he said Judge not?
Prayed, fasted and gave.
Passed judgement: Sick : were unclean because they were cursed by God.
Poor: were that way because God had his face against them.
Rich: Blessed by God because of their virtue
Pharisees were Holy because of their outward religious acts.
Jesus throughout this sermon told people that it was not their outward appearance, but the heart of a person that mattered.
