11 And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities. 2 aNow when John had heard bin the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, 3 And said unto him, Art thou che that should come, or do we look for another? 4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see: 5 dThe blind receive their sight, and dthe lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and dthe deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and ethe poor have the gospel preached to them.

6 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not fbe offended in me.

16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain awhere Jesus had bappointed them.

17 And when they saw him, they qworshipped him: but csome ddoubted.

18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, eAll power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19 fGo ye therefore, gand ||teach all nations, fbaptizing them hin the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, iI am with you alway, even unto kthe end of the world.

4 And gthey were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began hto speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, idevout men, out of every nation under heaven.

6 Now †when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were ||kconfounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

7 And they were all lamazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak mGalilaeans?

8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
