Forgiveness is Upward

If Prayer is not the First thing you do it should be the next thing that you do.
This is Intercession
Sinners need prayer
Therefore I will divide him a portion with the many,
and he shall divide the spoil with the strong,
because he poured out his soul to death
and was numbered with the transgressors;
yet he bore the sin of many,
and makes intercession for the transgressors.
Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.

Forgiveness is Outward
Forgiveness is Specific: THEM
Them = The world or those who tried to kill Him before He was ever born
Then Herod, when he saw that he had been tricked by the wise men, became furious, and he sent and killed all the male children in Bethlehem and in all that region who were two years old or under, according to the time that he had ascertained from the wise men.
Matt 1:
Them = The world or those who wouldn't make any room for Him
And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.
Luke 2:
Them = The world or His Own people
He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him.
Them = His Own Family
For not even his brothers believed in him.
And Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” And they cast lots to divide his garments.

Them = us
And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
