Before

Last week, we talked about what a relationship with Jesus is, why we need it, and how to obtain it. We wrapped up the night talking about who sits on the throne of your life. Is it you? Something/Someone else? Or the King of Kings who deserves to be there?
To put it simply, this movie shows you exactly what it means to have Him on the throne of your life. Tonight is going to be special. Let these stories teach you. Challenge you. Encourage you. To put Jesus where He belongs and deserves.

After

Hebrews 1:1–4 CSB
Long ago God spoke to the fathers by the prophets at different times and in different ways. In these last days, he has spoken to us by his Son. God has appointed him heir of all things and made the universe through him. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact expression of his nature, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. So he became superior to the angels, just as the name he inherited is more excellent than theirs.
Hebrews 2:1–4 CSB
For this reason, we must pay attention all the more to what we have heard, so that we will not drift away. For if the message spoken through angels was legally binding and every transgression and disobedience received a just punishment, how will we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? This salvation had its beginning when it was spoken of by the Lord, and it was confirmed to us by those who heard him. At the same time, God also testified by signs and wonders, various miracles, and distributions of gifts from the Holy Spirit according to his will.

Hebrews 2:1
God has given you stories of signs and wonders that He has accomplished in recent history.
He is the same God of the New Testament, and He is still working in miraculous ways to show people His glory and Son, Jesus.
