We find this teaching through out the new testament, that we are to hate ourselves. Now it just points to the fact that we are to hate our flesh within us who will constantly yank on us towards sin. Paul ends with a discovery

When you walk in the Spirit, you can tell. Sin and bad habits are in control.
How can you notice that you are not in the Spirit? When bad habits or sin begin to sway you. When you are in the Spirit, you are in a different mind set.

Next thing you know, you dont even want to go to church anymore. You dont want to do anything for God’s causes, everything bothers you. The Pastors message makes your flesh uncomfortable.

After going through that list, it shows us that if we are either one or the other. One leads to death or being judged by the law once again.
If we are not spiritual then we can be once again condemned.
And the other leads to life. We will never see fulfilment in the carnal life, becasue it is just wandering in the desert and never reaching our potential.

Porque; bueno si no estas orando ni ayunando, tarde que temprano te vaz a descuidar.
Te sientas a ver televisor y de repente estas viendo movies que no ubieras visto si estabas en el Espiritu.
Por ejemplo, la persona en la carne se puede cuedar pegado en facebook sin sentir molestia, pero eres enemigo de DIos porque estas envuelto en lo carnal.
Como dice el ultimo verso, NO PUEDEN AGRADAR A DIOS!!!!

He will give our dead bodies life to be able to satisfy the Spirit, but.......
12 Así que, hermanos, deudores somos, no a la carne, para que vivamos conforme a la carne;
Somos deudores de el Espiritu que nos da vida, que nos regenera.
Somos deudores de Jesus por su gran sacrificio.

La carne no nos a dado nada sino problemas, pero nos encontramos satisfaciendola cada rato. Y se entiendo, porque es mas facil, pues no hay que ser nada.
Pero el espiritual tiene que sacrificar su carne.
1 Así que, hermanos, os ruego por las misericordias de Dios, que presentéis vuestros cuerpos en sacrificio vivo, santo, agradable a Dios, que es vuestro culto racional.
En sacrificio vivo, osea tu has de sujetar la carne a la mala, pues sino se te escapa corriendo.
Cada dia, tenemos que cojer la carne, amarrarla, y tirarla al fuego para que no nos domine.
You will wake up tomorrow morning and your flesh, she is nice and sleepy, and warm in bed and begging to stay under the covers when you get that wake up call at 4am to go pray before the day starts.
If you let her in bed, you are carnal.
But if you drag her out of bed by the feet and force her into your prayer spot. Good, but then you kneel her down with a nice fat, warm blanket and some pillows to hold your head and knees so they dont get uncomfortable, to then end up sleeping anyway.......because you lost to the flesh you are still carnal.
But if you drag her out of bed and force your flesh to walk around in circles so that you dont get comforable kneeling, and you spend that time actually praying, then congrats, you have placed the flesh in the sacrifitial location and it will begin to burn.
But during the day, the people are talking about an employee and you enter into the conversation, not for a quick second but for a half hour, brother, sister, your flesh has just escaped from the burning fire and is once again active.
But if in your day you were meditating on the Lord and praying with intimate conversation you can keep that flesh in the fire.

Because you might start in the spirit and end in the flesh

We need to bring to death the works of the flesh inside of us. They will be awakening every day and we must shut them off.
If we give ourselves in full sacrifice it will become easier to resist the flesh, but if we are only giving a partial sacrifice then it will be harder to resist because you are split in your heart.

If we obey the Spirit that Jesus has sent inside of us, then we are of His same nature.
We are only of Jesus if we walk like He walked, which was in obedience to the Spirit.
If we walk in the flesh, then we are not of Him, for we dont look like Him.
We have received an adoption notice, so that we may call him Daddy!!!! But we must be in obedience to Him so that He can be our dad, or else we end up like the pharisees who Jesus said this.

See this clearly, if we walk in the flesh we are in desobedience to the Spirit of God within us, and we end up following in part the devil, which makes him our daddy.
Now I dont want Jesus to say to me one day I dont know you, you are not my son, because you never obeyed my voice.

Tu sabes cuando tu estas bien con Dios, aqui no te enganamos con mentiras de que tu puedes caminar como quieras y Dios de accepta.
Tu espiritu siente cuando estas serca de Dios y cuando estas lejos de El.
Y somos coherederos si es que padecemos junto a el. Parte de padecer es la lucha en contra de la carne.
18 Pues tengo por cierto que las aflicciones del tiempo presente no son comparables con la gloria venidera que en nosotros ha de manifestarse.

Osea, hermanos vamos a luchar pero lo que viene es mucho mas mejor que lo que en el presente nos jala a separarnos de Dios.
22 Porque sabemos que toda la creación gime a una, y a una está con dolores de parto hasta ahora;
23 y no sólo ella, sino que también nosotros mismos, que tenemos las primicias del Espíritu, nosotros también gemimos dentro de nosotros mismos, esperando la adopción, la redención de nuestro cuerpo.

Viene un gran dia para los vencedores, los que lucharan para alcansar el cielo. Se espera la adopcion de los hijos de Dios, esto es el rapto, cuando la iglesia sera quitada de esta maldita tierra.
26 Y de igual manera el Espíritu nos ayuda en nuestra debilidad; pues qué hemos de pedir como conviene, no lo sabemos, pero el Espíritu mismo intercede por nosotros con gemidos indecibles.
27 Mas el que escudriña los corazones sabe cuál es la intención del Espíritu, porque conforme a la voluntad de Dios intercede por los santos.
