A television show called 'Power Rangers: SPD" had an episode where the main evil character of that show considered himself the master. All the way through the show, he kept claiming to be the master.
I don't need to follow the rules, I am the master. You can't defeat me, I am the master. I will win, because I am the master. This went on through most of the show.
At the end, as was to be expected, the "master" was defeated by the police. He was not the master that he thought he was.
